What is the "Working Remodel Consultation"?
This service is perfect for clients who need help getting prepared for a renovation or new construction projects. Our experienced team will work with you to address your proposed issues and offer solutions to help you achieve your construction goals. We will assist you with creating a cost estimate that is aligned with your goals and pinpoint your unique design aesthetic. We aim to help you prepare for the financial investment and establish a design foundation for your project.
During the meeting with our prinicpal designer you will also explore your vision, timeline, budget, and scope of work. It is our goal to assist you in answering all the questions you may have regarding your project.
What's Included:
Two Hour Site Visit (In person - Within a 60 mile radius from 77002)
Custom Pinterest Board
Preliminary Scope of Work
Rough Construction Estimate
General Dimensions of each room (Two rooms included)
Image + Video Documentation
Design Fee Proposal
TERMS + CONDITIONS
Additional rooms can be added for $500 each
The consultation fee is due in full to secure the date and time requested.
The consultation fee is non-refundable.
You are welcome to reschedule the consultation (via email) up to 48 hours before your consultation start time with no additional fee.
