MEET THE DESIGNER
June Reese is the cofounder of House of June Interiors, where she leads as a Creative Strategist and Experience Architect. With over a decade of industry experience—spanning project management, operations, and brand storytelling—June brings an art-first philosophy to every space she touches. Since 2013, she has worked behind the scenes at notable design firms, wearing multiple hats across project execution, systems strategy, and digital presence before launching House of June in 2019.
Her work is rooted in the belief that well-designed interiors should not only be beautiful, but intentional—crafted with narrative, care, and the client’s lifestyle in mind. Clients of House of June can expect more than just design excellence: they receive a refined, seamless experience marked by clear communication, thoughtful execution, and timely delivery.
June currently serves as Vice President of Black Interior Designers Inc. (BID, Inc.), an internationally recognized nonprofit, where she has helped lead impactful collaborations with brands like Architectural Digest and Benjamin Moore. She is also the NAACP-nominated author of Iconic Home, a critically recognized work honoring the stories and artistry of Black designers across the country.
June’s unique approach blends operations mastery with soulful creativity—positioning her as a sought-after voice in both the design and cultural space. She is passionate about designing environments that not only look exceptional but feel like home.
