Space planning is a fundamental element of the interior design process. It starts with an in-depth analysis of how the space is to be used. The designer then draws up a plan that defines the zones of the space and the activities that will take place in those zones. The space plan will also define the circulation patterns that show how people will move through the space. The plan is finished by adding details of all the furniture, equipment, and hardware placement.
Sourcing is the process of finding, compiling, and recommending finishes, fixtures, and furniture. The designer will source beautiful, functional, and unique products to complement and distinguish the client’s home. This service includes contacting vendors, visiting showrooms, checking on auctions, online research, combing through catalogs, compiling cut sheets, and gathering samples. Options then have to be edited, a design framework formulated and complementary selections sourced at multiple price points.
IT IS ESSENTIALLY A VISUAL PRESENTATION OF STYLE, MOOD, COLORS, AND TEXTURES THAT WE WANT TO USE IN THE ROOM. THROUGH THESE ELEMENTS, IT WILL EXPLAIN THE OVERALL FEELING AND FINAL LOOK. THE CLIENT WILL UNDERSTAND THE COLOR SCHEME, THE MATERIALS, AND THE GENERAL FEEL AND BEFORE PURCHASING.

The Installation phase occurs over one or more days, depending on the size and scope of your project. At this point, we will have already coordinated, scheduled, and managed any vendors or installers (such as millworkers building built-ins, wallpaper hangers, or window treatment installers). Then, during our installations, our team will arrive on-site to manage the entire process from start to finish.
